Responsibilities
- Service Order Process - Manages the Service order process in a timely manner from quotation to invoicing and cash collection.
- Single Point for Customer - Builds and maintains sustainable relationship with customer. Manages customer requirements and customer enquiries. Ensures continuous communication.

Requirements
- Manages all required reporting and documentation.

Nice to have
- 2 years of experience in the marine or power generation field, working as a service engineer.
- Sound knowledge of and hands-on experience in servicing, maintaining, commissioning, and repairing heavy marine or power generation equipment.
- Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Proven leadership skills, with a collaborative, solution-focused approach.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.
Skills
- Single point of contact for the customer during the execution of a service job.
- They schedule the job and are responsible for the content of quotes.
Compensation
- $69,745/year - $95,934/year
