About the role

  • The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and brings a proven track record of driving business results through effective inventory management and data-driven decision-making in the wholesale specialty retail space.
  • The base salary range for this position is $85,000 - $95,000 USD, but we will consider location, skill level and experience to determine the final offer.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain AI-assisted reporting workflows and forecasting tools to improve cadence efficiency and analytical output
  • Own in-season sales forecasts, open-to-buy (OTB), and inventory flow plans
  • Build and maintain account-level demand plans and buy quantities
  • Own pre-market buy plans and post market reconciliation
  • Collaborate with the Wholesale, Planning, and Finance teams to develop and execute long-term planning strategies that align with business goals and targets
  • Manage off-price inventory, along with partnering with Ops & Wholesale team on allocation and delivery of merchandise to off-price accounts
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, related field or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in planning & forecasting, inventory management, off-price sales or related roles
  • Minimum of 1 year experience working with a Wholesale Speciality retail brand
  • Required: Hands-on experience with AI tools and a track record of applying them to automate or improve reporting, forecasting, or analytical workflows
  • Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, forecasting models)
  • Experience with planning systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools

Compensation

  • The base salary range for this position is $85,000 - $95,000 USD, but we will consider location, skill level and experience to determine the final offer.
  • Develop seasonal and annual wholesale sales, margin, and inventory plans by channel and account
