Responsibilities
- Employee Assistance Program (EAP) support
- Support Center
- Licensed driver and able to operate a motor vehicle as well as maintain automobile insurance
Requirements
- Applicants may be required to furnish proof of vaccination.
- Conduct home visit to ensure that the patient has what is required to recover safely at home.
- Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Compensation
- $53,316.90 - $74,643.66 If the salary range is listed as $0 or if the position is Per Diem (with a fixed rate), salary discussions will take place during the screening process.
