Responsibilities

  • Lead IT strategy and execution for Manufacturing and Quality systems across global operations.
  • Drive implementation of optimization of enterprise applications (SAP and non-SAP), including eQMS and manufacturing solutions.
  • Partner with business leaders to align technology with operational and regulatory goals.
  • Lead solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
  • Drive continuous process improvement and operational efficiency across regions (NA, EMEA, LATAM, APAC).
  • Build strong partnerships across IT, business teams and external vendors.
  • You will partner closely with business leaders to translate strategy into technology solutions, balancing day-to-day execution with long-term innovation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Computer Science, Information System or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting Manufacturing and Quality processes in SAP and integrated systems.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP modules such as Production Planning, Quality Management, and Plant Maintenance.
  • Proven experience leading end-to-end SAP implementations (at least one full lifecycle).
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, validation processes, and compliance frameworks (SOX).
  • Required:
  • Experience in medical device/pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.
  • Experience leading project teams and partnering with third parties to drive and deliver services.

  • MBA or advanced degree
  • Experience with S/4HANA upgrades, integrations and non-SAP applications
  • Experience leading global or multi-region technology initiatives.
  • Ability to trnanslate complex technical concepts into business solutions
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to connect business goals to technology roadmaps

Compensation

  • Competitive base salary based on experience and qualifications: $170,000-185,000 (subject to variation depending on physical location).
