About the role
- We're looking for a versatile writer who can move between performance marketing, brand storytelling, and patient education, blending conversion-focused copy with an empathetic tone.
- You'll work cross-functionally with product, operations, and patient services to ensure all messaging is clear, human, and aligned.
- From ad hooks to educational content, you'll translate strategy into execution across the full funnel.
Responsibilities
- Create landing pages and product detail pages
- Manage lifecycle marketing (email and SMS across acquisition, onboarding, retention)
- Partner with growth and creative teams to test and optimize messaging
- Develop website and product copy that clearly communicates value
- Support product launches with messaging and campaign assets
- Maintain a consistent, empathetic brand voice
- Improve customer support and CX communications
- Collaborate with clinical and product teams for accuracy
- Own copy from brief to delivery across multiple projects
- Manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- 4+ years in copywriting (marketing/direct response)
- Proven ability across ads, landing pages, email, and SMS
- Experience with lifecycle and retention marketing
- Experience using AI tools with strong editorial judgment
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction
