About the role

  • The Lucky Foundation is seeking membership program experts to join our Advisory Board Committee as the Membership Manager.
  • The Membership Manager will be part of the Committee of the Advisory Board, a position which comes with more responsibilities than joining as a member.
  • The Membership Manager position will be responsible for providing direction, guidance, and leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of member relations (50%): Maintain regular member outreach.
  • Manage operational needs for membership and strategic partnerships (10%): In concert with the Marketing Sector team, coordinate website content and functionality to enhance membership and strategic partnership programs.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and Power Point.
