Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of a high-impact roadmap to transition IT service management platforms, building a modern, scalable platform that transforms how the firm delivers IT services
- Build and manage the end-to-end migration program, including planning, design, data migration, integration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support
- Design and configure the service management platform to support enterprise ITIL-based processes such as incident, problem, change, request, and asset management, ensuring the platform meets business and operational requirements
- Optimize workflows and implement automation to improve service delivery, reduce manual effort, and elevate the user experience across the firm
- Build, lead, and mentor an IT service management team composed of internal staff and external consultants, cultivating capability and accountability
- Collaborative mindset with a focus on building high-performing teams and delivering results through cross-functional partnership
- Support for employee-led affinity groups representing women, minorities and the LGBT+ community
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 8+ years of experience leading enterprise IT service management transformations and platform implementations

Compensation
- The annual base salary range for this role is $250,000-$300,000 (USD), which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package.
