About the role

Team Rubicon (TR) is seeking an Electrical Instructor to join our Programs x Workforce Development team!
Every day will be a challenge, but every month brings new opportunities for an organization that is quickly becoming a household name in disaster response.
This position reports to TR's Program Manager, Workforce Development and is onsite based out of the Team Rubicon Workforce Development Academy in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Local Travel: Reliable transportation is required for local travel related to employer engagement, community partnerships, and participant support
Other Travel: Up to 15% non-local travel may be required
5+ years of professional experience in the electrical trade
with 1+ year facilitating classroom instruction
Strong understanding of electrical systems, tools, materials, safety practices, and construction methods
Experience using technology for communication, documentation, and reporting
Reliable transportation is required for local travel related to employer engagement, community partnerships, and participant support
Ability to successfully navigate a fast-paced, high-growth environment and solve problems in the face of ambiguity
Every leader must be committed to fiduciary responsibility, transparency, and financial stewardship

$53,312.67 - $74,743.76 per year
The hiring range reflects where in the range we most likely intend to hire for this role.
Additionally, compensation within that range can vary for several reasons including market conditions, cost of living, skills/capabilities, experience, etc.
