About the role
- Define and execute the product roadmap for high-capacity optical engines (100G-200G/lane, multi-terabit systems).
- Anticipate customer needs and align products to Hyperscaler, AI/ML infrastructure, and networking roadmaps.
- Work with executive leadership to set pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategy.
Responsibilities
- Build business cases, market analyses, and competitive positioning for product decisions.
- Drive collaboration across engineering, sales, operations, and executive teams to deliver on time and within budget.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management, business development, or technical marketing in optical interconnects, photonics, or semiconductor industries.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with ability to engage C-level and technical stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Engineering, or related field (Master's or MBA preferred).
Skills
- Proven success managing multi-terabit interconnect products or high-speed networking technologies (Ethernet, PCIe, InfiniBand, etc.).
