Responsibilities

  • Process department invoices within CMIC and perform regular statement reviews to verify billing accuracy
  • Manage payment follow-ups with vendors to maintain positive service relationships and prevent service interruptions
  • Manage critical documentation for trailers and licensed assets, including organized filing of registrations and titles
  • Perform additional administrative and operational assignments as needed to support the Asset Management team
  • This position supports equipment and logistics operations in a combination of office, yard, and field environments and may require prolonged standing or walking, frequent reaching and communication, occasional climbing, stooping, or crouching, and the ability to lift materials or parts up to 25 pounds while working around equipment and in varying outdoor conditions
  • This role supports the daily operations of the Asset Management department by coordinating invoice processing, vendor follow-up, purchasing, work order administration, inventory tracking, and asset documentation.
  • The Equipment & Logistics Support Associate helps maintain operational efficiency, reduce delays, and support compliance and data accuracy for equipment, trailers, and other licensed assets.
  • With regional offices across the United States, Moss focuses on construction management, solar EPC, and design-build.

Requirements

  • Generate purchase orders for required parts and services and create work orders to support timely equipment repairs

Nice to have

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • associate degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain, construction administration, or a related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in equipment support, logistics, fleet administration, construction administration, accounts payable, or a similar operational support role preferred
  • Experience processing invoices, purchase orders, work orders, receipts, and vendor records with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
  • experience with CMIC, HCSS, Corpay, or similar business systems preferred
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to follow up professionally with vendors and internal stakeholders
