Responsibilities
- Use your time management skills to support the managing of calendars, travel and expense, ordering of supplies, processing invoices, regulatory reporting and new associate onboarding
- Use your Microsoft office skills to consolidate material from multiple sources into client-ready documents, PowerPoint presentations and Visio workflows.

Requirements
- You have a minimum of four (4) years' or relevant work experience in an administrative capacity.
- You can demonstrate strong communication skills with sound knowledge of grammar and punctuation.
