- This first-shift position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving production equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations.

- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and conveyor systems.
Responsibilities
- Team We are seeking a dependable and skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to support our manufacturing operations in Grenada, Mississippi.
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
- Install, maintain, and repair motors, pumps, gearboxes, bearings, belts, and other industrial equipment.
- Complete maintenance work orders and accurately document repairs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Requirements
- Perform basic PLC troubleshooting (preferred but not required).
- Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training preferred.
- Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, motors, and industrial machinery.
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs and CMMS software.
