  • The Senior Strategic Accounts Manager reports into Linqia's VP of Customer Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Own the client experience: exceed expectations, build long-term partnerships, and lead strategic channel planning in partnership with creative, customer success, sales, and paid media.
  • Manage campaign oversight against signed IOs, meeting business KPIs while managing scope and profitability.
  • Lead and mentor the cross-functional pod working on your programs
  • Partner with internal teams to evaluate campaign performance against original objectives and identify revenue and renewal opportunities.
  • The Linqia platform also serves as a social content lab, where marketers can organically test and amplify the best performing influencer content to drive greater ROI from their paid, owned and earned media.
  • We value intelligence, recognize talent and have instilled a culture that supports career development and growth for our employees.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of client management and media (or influencer) experience within agencies, platforms, or brand-side marketing teams.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity, with the judgment to push back thoughtfully on scope and creatively problem-solve rather than defaulting to yes or no.
  • Driven by client satisfaction, with proven success managing senior-level relationships and complex, fast-moving programs.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience at a boutique or mid-size agency is a strong plus-we're looking for an owner mindset: someone who's used to running things themselves rather than waiting to be told.
  • A track record of, or genuine interest in, mentoring and developing more junior teammates.
  • Entrepreneurial self-starter, comfortable setting your own deadlines and benchmarks.
