Overview The Maintenance Supervisor leads the maintenance operations for assigned multifamily, ensuring high standards of safety, functionality, and resident satisfaction.
This role oversees and supports a team of maintenance professionals, coordinates preventative maintenance programs, and ensures timely completion of service requests and unit turnovers.
