About the role

• Handles incoming calls and issues from stores, distributors, vendors, and other internal parties • Handles merchandising/category item maintenance; includes deal/allowance management and pricing • Responsible for set-up of all new items • Responsible for cost and retail maintenance and execution thru the system • Handles the clearance markdown process for
• resets and NICI's (new item cut-in's) • Coordinates the planogram reset process with Analysts for planograms and tags • Handles communication and acts as a facilitator between new store set up and distributors for the reset process. • Handles 'accounting' issues as well as processes credits thru Claims Systems • Works closely with Sales Managers / Assistant
