About the role

A driven and aspiring leader, focused on driving sales by building the Saks OFF 5TH clienteling experience and exceeding customer expectations.
As the keeper of keys, you will partner with associates to own merchandise recovery and replenishment, open and close the store, and play a vital role in maintaining our reputation as the premier luxury-value destination.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of promotions, merchandise, and customer service policies
Collaborate with store management to organize marketing and promotional campaigns, and coordinate staff schedules and activities
Build rapport with customers and team, resulting in repeat customers and engaged associates
Maintain sales-floor standards, including replenishment and presentation, general appearance and cleanliness of the department
Participate and support in training for new company programs, procedures, and technologies

High school diploma or equivalent
5 years of experience in a retail, customer service, or sales environment
keyholder or supervisor experience preferred
Basic computer proficiency
Proven sales track record and results driven approach
Proven time management skills and comfortable managing multiple projects with shifting priorities
Thorough knowledge of the fashion industry and a passion for sharing your expertise
Ability to act promptly in routine situations and see a clear plan of action to a positive result in the customer's eyes
