Criminal background checks and drug/alcohol checks are required.

Assist homeowners with accessing and submitting warranty tickets through the company system.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all warranty matters, attending warranty calls, meeting with homeowners, assessing reported concerns, and determining appropriate next steps.
Determine and administer subcontractor and vendor back charges when applicable, while evaluating situations where back charges are not warranted.
Monitor open warranty items, follow up on outstanding work, and escalate delays as needed to ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to schedule warranty repairs, confirm availability, and verify completion of work.
Coordinate utility setup (water and power) for homes under construction.
Schedule and reschedule municipal and third-party inspections as needed.
Enter and track EPOs (Extra Purchase Orders) for field approvals.
