Responsibilities
- About the role The Controller will own Bravo Ordnance's accounting operations and financial controls as the company transitions from a scrappy hardware startup into high-rate industrial production and its Series A raise.
- This role manages the monthly close, builds GAAP-compliant reporting, and stands up the disciplined controls a scaling defense manufacturer requires - inventory and cost accounting, government-contract billing, and audit-ready records.
- You own and are actively shortening the monthly close, and have mapped the chart of accounts and control gaps.
