Responsibilities

  • Our team is committed to delivering compassionate, relationship-centered care that helps patients maintain mobility, independence, and confidence in their daily lives.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that focus on improving mobility, reducing pain, and enhancing overall function
  • Document patient care services in compliance with state and facility standards using EMR

Skills

  • Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program
  • Active or pending state license to practice PT
  • Passion for delivering quality, evidence-based patient care
  • An interest in working with the senior population
  • Superior customer service and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and colleagues
