About the role
- Recognize risks, gaps, or inconsistencies that may affect operational, compliance, or schedule outcomes and escalate issues appropriately.
Responsibilities
- Support governance and standards projects of moderate scope by completing assigned deliverables, maintaining timelines, and supporting implementation activities.
- Draft, revise, and maintain process documentation, control descriptions, standards references, and related governance materials.
- Coordinate smaller work efforts and provide day-to-day support to less experienced team members as needed.
- This role applies defined procedures and sound judgment to support governance activities, contribute to technical projects, and ensure standards and processes are followed consistently across assigned work.
- Partner with team members and operational stakeholders to gather information, clarify requirements, and track action items to completion.
- Additional travel may be assigned as needed to support business requirements
- Monitor assigned controls, obligations, or standards requirements and document evidence of completion, exceptions, and follow-up actions.
Requirements
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

- Experience supporting governance, compliance, audit, privacy, risk, or policy administration activities in a professional setting.
- Familiarity with governance, risk, and compliance platforms or other systems used to track controls, issues, or remediation activities.
- Relevant foundational certification or coursework related to compliance, privacy, risk, audit, or information governance.

- Full-Time Regular Positions (classified as regular and working 40 standard weekly hours): This is a full-time, regular position (classified for 40 standard weekly hours) that is eligible for bonuses
- accident, critical illness and hospital indemnity supplemental coverages
Compensation
- $67,200.00 - $100,800.00
