About the role

We are looking for a computer architecture and algorithm researcher with expertise in CPU and NPU architectures and a focus on the design of routing protocols for networks-on-chip.
The ideal candidate will be an expert on algorithm design and analysis for computer architecture, and be responsible for developing innovative lock-free, flow-balanced, fault-tolerant, and high-speed routing protocols for networks-on-chip.

The responsibility is to design and implement routing protocols and relevant simulators and tools for architecture exploration and performance analysis.
This role will also support the local research team in communicating effectively with the headquarter, so as to ensure seamless collaboration.

The ideal candidate should have a strong theoretical computer science or mathematics background, and research experience on computer architecture.
