Manage VIP Services databases, documents, and calendars.
Provide support and exceptional hospitality in the VIP spaces for celebrities, executives and VIP Guests during concerts, games, and special events.
Lead and oversee the part-time VIP hospitality staff during events
Collaborate and update seating assignments and hospitality spaces for all VIP and executive guests.
Manage team finance documents including invoicing, bill backs, tracking and reconciliation.
Manage and organize suite inventory and merch for VIP team and provide support for daily operations.
Provide exceptional experiences for our guests, partners, and team members, including by adhering to our appearance and presentation guidelines while on-site.

5+ years of experience in a related field with some previous managerial experience preferred
