About the role

  • As Chief of Staff, you will be a cross-functional operator and force multiplier for the CEO and leadership team.
  • The next, you may be helping redesign how we track revenue or implementing an AI-powered workflow to reduce manual work.
  • The common thread: you will be responsible for turning messy, important problems into clear A.I.-driven processes and outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Own high-priority strategic initiatives on behalf of the CEO and leadership team, especially projects that cut across multiple functions.
  • Build scalable operating systems for areas like revenue tracking, accounts receivable, collections, client operations, sales operations, reporting, and internal workflows.
  • Use AI as a core operating lever to automate manual work, improve team throughput, and create more scalable internal processes.
  • Create structure out of ambiguity by defining goals, owners, timelines, metrics, operating cadence, and follow-up mechanisms.
  • Partner with functional leaders across Sales, Operations, Client Services, Finance, Product, and Engineering to align priorities and drive execution.
  • Build and manage scrappy operational capacity where needed, including vendors, offshore support, contractors, or internal process teams.
  • You will own strategic and operational projects that cut across Sales, Client Services, Finance, Operations, and Product.
  • One month, you may be building a scalable accounts receivable and collections process.

Requirements

  • 3-7 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, private equity, venture-backed startups, business operations, strategic finance, or a similarly analytical and execution-heavy environment.
