Responsibilities
- Hiring executives view you as a credible, strategic partner
- The Senior Executive Recruiter owns the search process for our most senior and business-critical roles, including Director, VP, and C-suite positions, as well as hard-to-fill specialized leadership roles.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive recruiting experience, including 5+ years leading executive or senior leadership searches (Director, VP, and C-suite), in corporate talent acquisition, retained search, or both
- Demonstrated track record of closing confidential, high-stakes searches and delivering high-quality hires within agreed timelines
- Experience advising senior executives on search strategy, candidate assessment, market conditions, and executive compensation
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting data, including pipeline and search metrics reporting
Compensation
- Pay Range - This role's range is $93,250 - $166,250 The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that Curriculum Associates considers in making compensation decisions based on our Compensation Philosophy.
- Actual base pay within that range will vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, prior experience and relevant skill sets.
- At Curriculum Associates, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances for each case.
- The Company recognizes that minimum wage varies by location and will ensure all compensation decisions comply with applicable state and local laws.
