Position Overview Joyce is expanding into the Piedmont Triad, and we're looking for an Event Marketing Manager to help build our presence from the ground up.
You'll play a key role in establishing our event marketing strategy, developing relationships throughout the community, leading a high-performing team, and driving lead generation in one of our newest markets.
This is a hands-on, field-based leadership role where you will actively engage homeowners, generate leads, and set appointments while managing event execution.

Compensation This role includes a base salary plus performance-based incentives.
Compensation Includes:
Base salary: $55,000
