- JOB DESCRIPTION Sr IT Business Analyst - Legal & Expense Applications What can you expect?

Responsibilities
- Own the business relationship and application portfolio for Legal and T&E systems.
- Support the Operational activities of the platforms (User Access, Interfaces, Batch Jobs, Change Management)
- Manage third-party vendors, including issue resolution, enhancement requests, contract oversight, and license renewals
- Lead demand intake, prioritization, and backlog management across multiple concurrent initiative
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, cost estimates, and stakeholder communications
- Gather and document business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and process models
- Review and approve requirements, solution designs, test plans, and go live readiness.
- Partner with Procurement and IT teams to evaluate alternative technologies and optimize the application portfolio.
- Support vendor selection, RFPs, and SOW creation for enhancements or new solutions
- Collaborate with IT delivery teams (Application, Integration, Security, Infrastructure) to execute enhancements and projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in business systems analysis, application management, or service delivery
- Strong understanding of SOX, IT General Controls, and audit requirements
Nice to have
- Experience with Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Familiarity with Expense Reporting solutions (Navan, or other)
- AP/QAD ERP familiarity
- Familiarity with integrations to ERP (e.g. SAP) and HR master data feeds
- Language and proficiency courses

Compensation
- Base monthly salary starting from 2900 EUR gross.
