Responsibilities
- Building and owning Arc's operating model, forecasts, and long-range plan across our Consumer, Commercial, and Defense segments
- Ability to operate autonomously in ambiguity, manage multiple workstreams, and sweat the details under tight deadlines
- Solid accounting foundation (GAAP fluency, close experience) with willingness to support month-end close alongside the accounting team

- As Arc's Strategic Finance Manager you will own strategic finance and FP&A across the company.

Requirements
- 5+ years in investment banking, strategic finance, or FP&A at a high-growth company
- Proficiency with advanced financial modeling in Excel and building clear, executive-ready presentations
Nice to have
- Passion for using AI tools to automate workflows and multiply your output
- Experience in hard tech, manufacturing, marine, automotive, or aerospace and defense
- Comfortable pushing at a fast but sustainable pace
- Enthusiasm for boating and the water

Compensation
- Leading the annual budget and quarterly re-forecasts end to end, from target-setting through variance analysis
- The base salary for this role is $140,000 annually.
- As well as semi-annual bonuses tied to your impact, not just your tenure.
