Responsibilities

  • Building and owning Arc's operating model, forecasts, and long-range plan across our Consumer, Commercial, and Defense segments
  • Ability to operate autonomously in ambiguity, manage multiple workstreams, and sweat the details under tight deadlines
  • Solid accounting foundation (GAAP fluency, close experience) with willingness to support month-end close alongside the accounting team

  • As Arc's Strategic Finance Manager you will own strategic finance and FP&A across the company.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in investment banking, strategic finance, or FP&A at a high-growth company
  • Proficiency with advanced financial modeling in Excel and building clear, executive-ready presentations

Nice to have

  • Passion for using AI tools to automate workflows and multiply your output
  • Experience in hard tech, manufacturing, marine, automotive, or aerospace and defense
  • Comfortable pushing at a fast but sustainable pace
  • Enthusiasm for boating and the water

Compensation

  • Leading the annual budget and quarterly re-forecasts end to end, from target-setting through variance analysis
  • The base salary for this role is $140,000 annually.
  • As well as semi-annual bonuses tied to your impact, not just your tenure.
