- The Clinical Director will be responsible for leading a team of therapists, developing program curriculum, and helping to ensure adherence to all licensing and national accreditation guidelines.

- Develop and implement engaging and dynamic clinical schedule, including the development of curriculum as well as hiring of therapists and group facilitators
- Work with treatment team to develop and implement a treatment plan for each client within their caseload
- Ensure compliance to regulations set forth by The Joint Commission and perform ongoing quality assurance
- Provide support to UR
