As a Salesforce Enterprise Architect, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the technological landscape of our organization.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable, efficient Salesforce solutions.
Design end-to-end Salesforce architectures that ensure scalability, security, and maintainability.
Lead the evaluation and redesign of current Salesforce solutions.
Develop architectural blueprints, technical specifications, and design documentation.
Drive continuous improvement by staying abreast of Salesforce platform updates, emerging technologies, and industry trends.
Collaborate with other architects and stakeholders to ensure alignment with overall enterprise architecture principles and standards.
The Enterprise Architect position designs, implements, and maintains enterprise-wide solutions.
The Enterprise Architect will possess extensive experience in building robust systems and strong collaboration, design, and negotiation skills to align technology solutions with business objectives.
This position works closely with cross-functional, distributed teams to develop and sustain a cohesive enterprise architecture framework that supports organizational goals.

experience and training
All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to any protected characteristic as required by law.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect or similar role, with at least 10 years of experience in designing, customizing, and implementing Salesforce solutions.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, including integration patterns, data modeling, security, and scalability.
Proficiency in Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.

Work Location This is a full-time, in-office position at WGU's office in Salt Lake City, Utah.
