Responsibilities
- Lead or support transformation initiatives with responsibilities ranging from full ownership to workstream leadership or advisory support
- Act as a trusted advisor to teams developing transformation plans, helping refine approach and execution
- Design and build low to medium complexity solutions using Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Develop lightweight dashboards and reporting views to support operational visibility
- Use SharePoint, Lists, or similar tools to organize and manage workflows and data
- Identify and implement opportunities to embed AI-enabled solutions into business workflows
- Support transformation efforts within eDiscovery operations, including Project Atlas and service delivery evolution
- Structured project management experience, including the ability to establish management structures that support the full project lifecycle
- Build trust-based partnerships
- Use storytelling to build buy-in
Requirements
- Strong experience with process mapping, workflow design, and operational optimization
- Hands-on experience with workflow automation and business systems platforms
- experience with tools such as Salesforce, Workday, Intapp, ClickUp, and Highspot is an asset

Nice to have
- Experience in professional services environments preferred
- eDiscovery experience strongly preferred, including familiarity with platforms such as Relativity and Nuix
