Minimum Qualifications Bachelor of Science in electrical or mechanical engineering or equivalent via education and/or work experience 2 years systems or application engineering experience in medium voltage drives and motor systems Demonstrated success as contributing member in project team Demonstrated successful and positive leadership, interpersonal, organizational, administrative, and communication skills Demonstrated successful working relationships with clients, suppliers, and other internal and external contacts Demonstrated innovative problem-solving skills Demonstrated presentation skills Availability to travel domestically frequently, up to 40%, and internationally occasionally, up to 10%, with limited notice Preferred Qualifications - 4 or more years systems or application engineering experience in the medium voltage drives and motor systems with ratings over 10MW - Demonstrated success in client facing, sales or marketing related assignments -
