About the role
- This role is highly cross-functional and deeply technical, sitting at the intersection of hardware engineering, manufacturing operations, and product reliability.
- Analyze production and test station data to identify yield loss drivers, recurring failures, and opportunities for corrective action

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related technical field
- 3+ years of experience supporting electromechanical hardware testing or manufacturing quality environments
- Experience with PFMEA, Gage R&R, DOE, and statistical analysis methodologies
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret production data and identify actionable trends
Skills
- Familiarity with scalable manufacturing test systems across multiple production sites
- Exposure to startup or fast-paced hardware development environments
- Strong technical documentation and process development capability
Compensation
- $90,000-$150,000 per year

Company info
- Develop and implement manufacturing quality strategies that improve system reliability, production readiness, and test coverage
- Lead PFMEA and failure analysis activities that reduce manufacturing escapes and improve process robustness
- Partner with Test, Firmware, and Design Engineering teams to integrate scalable quality checks into manufacturing workflows
- Drive DOE and validation activities that improve test accuracy, pass/fail thresholds, and production consistency across manufacturing sites
- Strong understanding of manufacturing quality systems for electromechanical hardware products
