Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strength and conditioning programs for 120 athletes across 8 sports.
- The coach will collaborate closely with sport coaches, athletic trainers, and other performance staff to tailor programs to each sport's unique demands and to individual student-athletes' needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in kinesiology or related field
- Transcripts issued outside of the United States require a equivalency statement from a certified transcript evaluation service verifying the degree equivalency to that of an accredited institution within the USA.
- This report must be attached with the application and submitted by the application deadline.
- All document(s) must be received on or before the closing date of the job announcements.
- This position requires a background check, which may include a level II screening as required by the Florida Statute §435.04.

- NORMAL WORK SCHEDULE: This position is salaried and exempt.
Skills
- Comprehensive understanding of training techniques, strategies, regulations, and best practices at the collegiate level.
- Strong knowledge of NAIA and Sun Conference compliance requirements, eligibility rules, and reporting expectations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to instruct, motivate, and mentor student-athletes.
- Ability to foster a culture of respect, accountability, and teamwork
Compensation
- TARGET HIRING SALARY: $60,000 - 65,000, commensurate with experience.
