About the role
- As an Accounting Specialist, your primary focus will be supporting the daily financial operations of the company through accurate accounting processes, timely reporting, and effective collaboration across departments.
Responsibilities
- Maintain vendor files, supporting documentation, W-9 records, and assist with vendor onboarding
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and reconcile corporate credit card statements and
- Support month-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting
- Maintain organized accounting files and financial documentation for reporting and audit
- Assist with payroll support, reporting functions, and internal financial analysis as
- Collaborate closely with Procurement, Operations, Payroll, and Project Management

Requirements
- 2+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial
- Experience with accounting software systems
- Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and general accounting
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment supporting construction and field
- Ability to remain seated and work at a computer for extended periods of
