Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university (or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 10 years manufacturing experience) + minimum of 5 years manufacturing
- Manufacturing engineering tasks that do not require 4 year degree.

- Developing persuasion skills required to influence others on topics within field.
