About the role
- GENERAL SUMMARY Provide extensive project management duties for the development of new nuclear generation.
- Considered expert and achieved career excellence in project management (including large scale complex multidiscipline projects).
- This includes all aspects of project development including budget, work package preparation, procurement, work prioritization, resource loading, risk management, and work execution including resolution of schedule delays and conflicts.
Requirements
- coaches/mentors other project managers and acts for supervisor/manager when required.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, project management, business, or related field from an accredited college or university and eighteen years of experience in a technical field;
- OR an AA/AS degree in engineering, construction management, project management, business, or related field from accredited college or university and twenty years of experience in a technical field;
- OR a High School Diploma or GED and twenty-two years of experience in a technical field.
- An advanced degree in a related field of study or business may be accepted in lieu of two years of experience.
Compensation
- $167,142.00 - $250,714.00 Annual Midpoint:
- Incentive Compensation
- This role may be eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan. Incentives are earned based on employee performance against defined metrics and company goals.
- Qualifying employees will typically start a personal time accrual rate of 160 hours per year and EN provides nine paid holidays throughout the Calander year
