About the role

Responsibilities

- You'll work alongside the Store Manager to drive operational excellence, maintain high standards, and create a positive, team-focused culture.
Nice to have
- 1+ years of retail or restaurant supervisory experience (Starbucks experience is a plus).
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
