About the role

Seasats is deploying unmanned surface vehicles (AKA USVs or robotic boats) around the world.
To keep this fleet operating smoothly and effectively, we're adding to our growing team of full-time field operators.
Missions have taken them to every continent except Antarctica (so far).

Our primary products are unmanned surface vehicles (USVs), designed to carry sensors at sea for months at a time.

Please note that we are currently unable to sponsor employment visas, so candidates must be independently authorized to work in the United States.

$75,000 base, travel bonuses ranging from $20,000-$40,000/yr + stock options, 401k matching, and other benefits
There will be a 2-4 week ramp up period where you'll be required to stay in San Diego getting familiar with our team, products, and culture, and after that you could expect to spend an additional 4-6 weeks per year in San Diego throughout a typical work year.
