About the role
- Join an engineering-driven precision manufacturer producing complex, tight-tolerance components for the aerospace, defense, semiconductor, and medical industries.
- Oversee first article, in-process, and final inspection activities.
- Review blueprints, GD&T, and customer specifications.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Quality department and mentor inspection personnel.
- Own AS9100 compliance, certifications, customer audits, and quality documentation.
- Perform hands-on inspections using manual and digital inspection equipment when needed.
- Lead root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner with Engineering and Production to improve quality, throughput, and customer satisfaction.
- You'll own quality systems, certifications, audits, inspection processes, and continuous improvement to ensure every part meets the highest customer standards.
Compensation
- $108,000-$150,000/year (based on experience) Schedule: 1st Shift Monday-Friday
