- Job Description Teledyne Controls has an exciting opportunity for an Electronic Technician to join our Customer Repair Group located in El Segundo, CA.
- Under general supervision, this position is responsible to ensure compliance with FAA regulations for Part 145 repair shop by inspecting, testing, troubleshooting and repairing equipment used on aircraft.
Requirements
- Associate degree (A.
- A.) or equivalent from two-year of accredited school in aviation electronics or related field of study and a minimum of 2-5 years of Electronic Technician experience
- Must be able to troubleshoot to board/component level analog/digital with some assistance.
- Must be able to read and interpret production illustrations (PI), component maintenance manual (CMM), wiring diagrams and schematics.
- Must be a "US Person" (US Citizens, US Nationals, lawful permanent residents, asylees or refugees).
Nice to have
- Recent IPC-J-STD-001 soldering preferred.
- Understanding of the FAA regulations preferred
