About the role
- About Kiddom Kiddom is transforming K-12 education by bringing high-quality curriculum, instructional tools, and student analytics together in one coherent system.
- With Kiddom, educators spend less time managing administrative burden and more time delivering meaningful student instruction.
- You'll work closely with Go-to-Market, Legal, and Product to keep every partnership commercially sound, operationally clean, and positioned to convert supplemental activity into long-term core curriculum purchases.
Responsibilities
- Build business cases for each relationship based on organizational reach, reputation, and differentiated offerings
- Own the end-to-end partner lifecycle from initial conversation through contract execution, onboarding, and ongoing performance management
- Work with Kiddom Marketing and Product to build enablement materials partners need to represent Kiddom's supplemental offerings accurately and effectively
- Host regular partner reviews and develop shared success metrics tied to student reach, revenue, and core curriculum upsell
- Maintain channel pipeline with clear stage information and commercial tracking
- Direct experience building or operating within a channel or reseller program
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and excited by a greenfield motion; able to create structure without waiting for it
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or GTM roles within edtech or K-12 services organization
Compensation
- Average use 4 weeks off per year.
- 10 paid sick days per year (pro rated depending on start date)
