About the role
- Are you an experienced accounting professional looking to make an impact in a dynamic, fast-paced environment?
- We're seeking a Senior Accountant to join our C&I North America division.
Responsibilities
- Month-End Close & Reporting: Prepare general ledger entries, maintain fixed asset schedules, and assist with monthly financial statements.
- Creditor & Payroll Support: Maintain creditor database, process payments, assist with payroll preparation and employment record filings.
- Team Collaboration: Provide support to finance team members and deliver exceptional internal and external customer service.

Nice to have
- CPA designation.
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including reconciliations and month-end close.

Skills
- Legal right to work in Canada.
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and corporate accounting principles.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles under both IFRS and US GAAP.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query).
- Experience with financial systems and ERP software (Oracle preferred).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
