About the role
- Completes bi-weekly attendant schedule Ensures vehicle availability Completes payroll Completes new hire orientation training Conducts driving assessments and field audits Maintains afternoon dispatch board to ensure proper resources are available Administers progressive discipline in coordination with Operations and General Manager Ensures base cleanliness by establishing base cleaning schedule Completes at least 4 monthly driver ghosting's as required Ensures proper inventory levels are maintained Reviews monthly deficiency report and schedules and conducts required training Ensures all attendants follow proper procedures as outline in the VMT Policies and Procedures Manual and Global Policies and Procedures Manual Maintains truck maintenance schedule Prepares vehicles; ensures deep cleans are completed Completes monthly truck audits as required Completes at least one audit per independent contractor truck per month Ensures all vehicles are scheduled for maintenance in accordance with the Fleet PM reports Ensures all vehicles are properly licensed, meet current regulations and have required documents on board Completes reports per assessment (i.e. uniform allowances, fuel reconciliation) or as directed Controls the use of fuel cards Acts as an ambassador of VTS on and off company property Helps increase VTS's visibility within the community by participating in company sponsored events Is willing to participate in education upgrading as required Shift: Tuesday to Friday, 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm; Saturday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Includes participation in an on-call rotation.

Requirements
- Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the Supervisor is responsible for a wide spectrum of responsibilities and must be able to multitask with ease and proficiency.
Compensation
- $59,000 - $63.000 annually
