Nice to have
- Contributes to achieving department goals by tracking, analyzing, and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) and action plans.
- Prepares and records journal entries, including more complex transactions as experience grows.
- Ensures financial records are compliant with U.S. GAAP and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 0-3 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, or a related area.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling, pivot tables, and large data set analysis.
- Ability to work both independently & collaboratively across teams.
Compensation
- Supports the development and management of project budgets, annual budgets, and rolling forecasts, ensuring alignment with financial targets such as revenue, gross margin, and capital expenditures.
