About the role

  • As a Behavior Technician (BT), you will work directly with children using evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques and positive reinforcement.

Responsibilities

  • Implement 1:1 ABA intervention programs in home, school, or community settings
  • Maintain professional boundaries and clear communication with families and team members

Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification within 90 days of hire
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and actively participate in play (running, kneeling, crawling, standing)
  • $20.50/hour - $25.99/hour, based on years of experience as an RBT.
  • This role is a great fit if you are:
  • Full-time (30-35 hrs/week), must be available until 5 PM; primarily in our Brush center

Compensation

  • $19.50/hour while completing RBT certification
  • $20.50/hour - $25.99/hour, based on years of experience as an RBT.
  • Note: This rate includes a geographic pay differential based on the cost of living in this job location.
