About the role
- As a Behavior Technician (BT), you will work directly with children using evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques and positive reinforcement.
Responsibilities
- Implement 1:1 ABA intervention programs in home, school, or community settings
- Maintain professional boundaries and clear communication with families and team members
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification within 90 days of hire
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and actively participate in play (running, kneeling, crawling, standing)
- $20.50/hour - $25.99/hour, based on years of experience as an RBT.
- This role is a great fit if you are:
- Full-time (30-35 hrs/week), must be available until 5 PM; primarily in our Brush center
Compensation
- $19.50/hour while completing RBT certification
- $20.50/hour - $25.99/hour, based on years of experience as an RBT.
- Note: This rate includes a geographic pay differential based on the cost of living in this job location.
