How You'll Create Possibilities
Support Commercial Plan to achieve sales and customer service commitments in support of
Support store and direct sales targets by improving effective selling time and increase sales volume consistent with sales and marketing objectives.
Support internal processes including orders for accounts, online sales and telesales.
Complete daily work assigned by company and collaborate with all commercial and service initiatives for the business.
Perform all other activities or tasks necessary to achieve the responsibilities of the position.
Assist the installer support and outreach initiatives for the operation.

Technical degree in Refrigeration or bachelor's degree in business or marketing.
3 Year Relevant Commercial Experience.
Bilingual - Fluency in both English and Spanish.
Working Conditions:
Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
Work may require occasional weekend and/or evening work.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs. and climb ladders.

Execute product dispatch and ensure proper movement of merchandise within store, including handling and transporting products using a hand truck to maintain stock availability and visual standards.

Handle daily customer calls and visit customers requesting information on prices, specifications, availability of merchandise and other commercial requirements.
Participate in business marketing initiatives, including marketing support for specific customers and training on A&W products as needed.
Support daily/routine contact with customers to maximize sales.
Coordinate with the location Senior Sales Operation Representative and the Senior Manager DFS Sales the sales execution to customers, consumers, and HVAC installers in accordance with all Company Policies.
Coordinate with location staff to manage the order process, issue sales reports to customers and Senior Manager DFS Sales.
