Responsibilities

  • In this role, you will be involved in developing and executing our partner marketing strategy across the North America partner ecosystem, including systems integrators (SIs) and GSIs spanning the to, through, and with partner motions.
  • Plan and execute co-marketing campaigns and partner-facing content with System Integrator Partners to drive pipeline and awareness
  • Own a clear Market Development Fund (MDF) operating model (intake, prioritization, budget allocation, approvals) and invest in the activations that produce the highest ROI
  • Support planning and execution of Workato's partner-facing events (Partner Kick Off, Partner Day, Partner Advisory Board)
  • Track and report on partner marketing performance against ARR, ROI, and pipeline goals, partnering with Sales, Partner, Enablement, and Marketing Ops to keep programs aligned and on schedule

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of co-marketing strategies and experience managing partner relationships or alliances
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines
