About the role
- Leading the Donor Services team to ensure that the CRM systems are properly set up, used, and maintained and that all donations to CFBNJ are properly input and acknowledged.
- Establishing and enforcing centralized standards, workflows, and controls for all development operations functions, including gift processing, acknowledgements, reporting, and data requests.
- Understanding and analyzing the various platforms the team works with to ensure alignment and best practices in coordination in gift processing.
Responsibilities
- Understanding of the critical role of data and systems in informed decision-making and uses CRM insights to sharpen donor targeting and drive increased fundraising results.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and/or equivalent experience in a non-profit/development environment.
- 5-8 years of experience working with Salesforce in a development or revenue operations context, including database administration, data hygiene, and system integrations.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce and third-party platforms (e.g., GoFundMe Pro, Fundraise Up), including integrations and data flows.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and connection to fundraising and financial platforms.
- Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office with advanced skills in Excel and Word.
- Must be able to organize and prioritize work, be proactive, take initiative, resolve problems, follow through and simultaneously manage multiple priorities, to ensure goals are met in a timely manner.
Compensation
- The salary range for this position is $83,400-$112,800.
