About the role

As part of Beast Industries, MrBeast's family of companies, Step is positioned to scale significantly over the next 12-24 months, and lending is at the center of that growth.
Leverage analytics, user insights, and industry trends to identify high-impact features, optimizations, and experiments
Monitor key product metrics, measure impact, and iterate based on learnings to continuously enhance the customer experience

Responsibilities

Work cross-functionally with design, engineering, data science, legal, compliance, operations, finance, and external lending partners to build, launch, and scale products
Use AI tools to deliver better consumer lending experiences and business outcomes faster
Deep customer empathy and a passion for building products that deliver real value
