Responsibilities
- Drive spikes and secure track components
- Adjust, inspect, and maintain track switches
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the shift
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities safely and effectively
Requirements
- The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Previous railroad or construction experience is helpful but not required for candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Overtime may be required based on operational needs
- Moderate to heavy physical labor required
- Required use of personal protective equipment
- Following receipt of a conditional offer of employment, candidates will be required to complete additional job-related screening processes as permitted or required by applicable law.

- High school diploma or GED required
- Reliable transportation required
